Dr. Satyanarayana Rao

Our founder, Dr. Rao has extensive experience of more than 23 years encompassing leading pharma companies in India. He worked as Head of R&D with Torrent Pharma, Sun Pharma, Aurobindo Pharma, Macleods Pharma and other leading pharma companies. Analytical Research is his core area of expertise with specialization in NMR, LC-MS, and in characterization of impurities. He has vast experience in organic synthesis, analytical science, instrumentation, material science and chemistry. He has done his Ph.D in Chiral Chemistry form Osmania University.

He has been awarded the prestigious Young Scientist Award in 2004 for his contribution in Pharma Research work.

SimSon Pharma Limited was founded, with his vision to service pharma industry with innovative cost effective products & solutions, which can lead company for timely completion of projects and achieve success.

Biju Alex

A man with acute understanding, Biju has firm technical foundation to deal with the intricacies involved with pharmaceutical sector. He has extensive knowledge about pharmaceuticals, raw materials, medical devices and consumer product testing. He has been a part of several pre-clinical, more than 100 ANDA and 20 NDA studies playing his role in analytical aspect of CMC filing of the studies. Biju has also participated in audit and inspection from FDA.

After completing his MS from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Biju has worked with several reputed entities including Sun Pharmaceuticals, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Eurand Inc, Genzyme and Caraco Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Vinod Reddy Elete

After graduating from Kakatiya University in India, Vinod joined as a resident doctor in cardiology departments at Durgabai Deshmukh Hospital and Mediciti hospital at Hyderabad. Vinod migrated to New Zealand in 1994 to do Post Graduation in Public Health at Christchurch School of Medicine (University of Otago). In 1998 he also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Management from Christchurch Institute of Technology, Christchurch, New Zealand.

While in New Zealand, Vinod has initially worked for National Heart Foundation, in Cardiology clinical trials and later joined Scientific Communications – a health communications development business. Vinod moved to Sydney in 2000 to join worlds largest health communications compan  Excerpta Medica taking responsibilities as its Business Operations Director and Associate Publisher. In 2003 Vinod became General Manager and Publisher of Elsevier Health – Pharma division.

Vinod joined Janssen-Cilag, a Johnson & Johnson company in 2005 as a Medical Manager to execute Risk Management Plan (RMP) in the Asia Pacific region. Vinod has worked on a biological drug Eprex a recombinant protein since year 2000 while at Elsevier Health Pharma division. He was promoted as Medical Adviser for Pharmacovigilance for Asia-Pacific region at Johnson & Johnson and he is based in Sydney. Vinod managed Benefit Risk Management (J&J) initiative of developing AE reporting culture in India. Vinod is on the advisory committee of recently launched IMA Pharmacovigilance Cell in India.

Vinod expertise is in managing the business to business (B to B), the core business of medical marketing communications in Australia and Asia-Pacific region for the last 14 years in addition to Pharmacovigilance/Risk Management18 years.

Vinod is currently providing consultancy services to Pharmaceutical industry, Chemical industry providing business support in sourcing partners for strategic alliance and providing Pharmacovigilance & Risk Management services in Australia & New Zealand for global clients specially from India 7 Europe.

Manga Rani Penchala

Manga is one of the founders of Simson Pharma Limited who heads the finance department. She is a commerce graduate from Osmania University extensively experienced in handling Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking and Trust and Fund Management.

She is also the Sole Director of SimSon Life Sciences, one of the group companies of Simson Pharma Limited.
