Job description

We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team, focusing on maintaining our existing website, managing digital marketing initiatives, and coordinating with vendors on new developments and SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, a good understanding of digital marketing techniques, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.


Job Responsibilities:


1. Website Maintenance & New Developments:

  • Regularly update and maintain our company website.
  • Monitoring data synchronization (New & existing Products) on daily basis from ERP to website through schedulers.
  • Ensure website functionality and performance, including troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams (blogs, UI designs) to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Participate in planning and implementing new features and functionalities on the website.
  • Conduct research and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and site performance.

2. Digital Marketing & SEO Coordination:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement on the website.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to increase visibility and optimize website performance.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success.
  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content and structure for SEO purposes.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Implement SEO strategies such as keyword research, link building, and on-page optimization.
  • Vendor Coordination:
  • Cooperate with external vendors and agencies for website development projects and SEO initiatives.
  • Communicate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role with a focus on web development and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of Hosting servers, Schedulers, SSL certificates, Encryption & decryption techniques.
  • Experience with database systems such as MySQL, SQLyog, etc., including schema design, querying, and optimization.
  • Experience deploying web applications on platforms like CentOS, Putty Server, etc.
  • Ability to integrate third-party APIs and web services.
  • Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end languages (e.g., PHP, React, CodeIgniter framework).
  • Familiarity with CMS & ERP platforms.
  • Well-knowledge with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GMB).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO strategies on platforms & websites.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

Education:

Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors

Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.

Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.

Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.

Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately

Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock

Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

3. Day-to-day batch manufacture is required during lab-scale development.

5. Capable to guide the scientist in conducting various types of reactions under safe conditions with CGLP conditions.
6. Allocation of projects to the scientist and ensure to completion of the projects within the timelines.
7. Record all process information regularly and clearly to allow review.
8. Maintains project's monthly metrics.
9. Capable of maintaining the teams by supporting in all aspects, like scientific support, motivation, and requirements for better productivity.
10. Make sure to maintain a good relationship with internal departments for the smooth running of work.
11. Make sure to maintain the completion of LNB and Data cards.
12. Capability to interpret the Analytical data.
13. Maintenance of lab equipment, Support, and training new staff in all procedures.
14. Immediate report any incident, that the management needs to address using the appropriate reporting systems in place.
15. Practical hands-on ability to perform syntheses and physical separation techniques such as Filtration, recrystallization distillation, and chromatography.
 
Competencies:
 
Good theoretical knowledge of chemistry conversions and reactions.
Capable of performing experiments/reactions independently from mg to gram level.
Hands-on experience in handling multi-step synthesis
Capable of proposing the schemes by collecting literature from journals and patents and other tools like scifinder or reaxys.
Capable of maintaining good document practices like LNB writing and data card preparation.
Good communication skills and interpretation skills
Capable of maintaining a team of 1 to 3 juniors.
